The American Correctional Association (ACA), formerly known as the National Prison Association, is the oldest and largest international correctional association in the world. The ACA is a 6-story office building located in heart of old town Alexandria, Virginia with over 36,000 sq. ft. of office space

Within a month after taking over the daily cleaning service, we were able to reduce the cleaning complaints to zero by providing a comprehensive scope of work, trained staff, and supervision.

Moreover, we implemented a floor care plan to significantly improve the condition of all hard surface floors throughout the building including ceramic, marble, and vinyl floors. This floor care plan encompassed machine-scrubbing, every 6 months, hard surface floors using a low-speed buffer and a steamer for those high-to-reach areas (behind toilets seats), and stripping and waxing VCT tile.

The floor cleaning process resulted in the removal of grime accumulation on surfaces and grout lines; improved the dull looking-appearance and produced cleaner floors lasting longer.
